| On February 7, 2005, I went on a six mile hike from Greeter Falls Access to Stone Door Ranger Station. I got started at 8:30. Greeter Falls is only a half mile from the parking lot. A series of steps lead down to the base of the falls. | |||

| Big Bluff Overlook (looking East) - This
overlook is 4.2 miles (by trail) from the Great Stone Door, via the Big
Creek Rim trail. The trail follows the South rim of Big Creek Gulf (left
of photo). Stone Door can not be seen from this overlook because the
gulf makes a turn to the left.
