If anyone has a picture of Christy King and Crowned performing at this event, please send it to me. I didn't get a chance to run out and take a picture of us while we where playing and singing. I was also busy trying to catch falling microphones. We were singing "Casual Christian" and the wireless microphone that I was using just slipped out of the microphone stand adapter, bounced off of my piano (creating an interesting and annoying chord) and landed in the cover of my BoseŽ 802 monitor. Meagan promptly attached her mic to my microphone stand, and we finished the song. When the song was over, I quickly confirmed that the wireless mic that fell still worked. An 'on the road' story I won't forget soon. | |
